Description
Our expansion into Europe will be delivered through our people, and investing into our most important resource is how we will succeed. We are looking for a European Training and Development Lead who will ensure that, from onboarding, at each key milestone, and throughout their careers, our people are equipped with the skills and knowledge that will allow them to thrive and us to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the structure and delivery of training and development of our new and early‑tenure Sales and Research professionals. Monitor and oversee ongoing coaching across their first few months, including training plan development, timely completion of certification processes, and support the post‑training development of these early‑tenure groups.
- Oversee ongoing development programmes to ensure we have the skills we need, including for new managers, and other ad‑hoc training and development programmes that ensure we continually upskill our people.
- Leverage our established Learning function in the US, as well as product expertise across the business to create, prepare, and continuously enhance training outlines, agendas, presentations and materials.
- Supervise and report on the progress of trainees during the training period.
- Monitor, analyse, and communicate performance data to assess training effectiveness and identify new training needs.
- Coach and communicate with business leaders to ensure ongoing support and promotion of the training curriculum.
- Identify skill development trends across new and existing sales talent and assist with ongoing skills curriculum design and implementation of training, including training days and other initiatives focused on sales skill growth and revenue generation.
- Coordinate the delivery of training, working across all stakeholders – business leaders, Recruiting, IT and others.
Qualifications
- Experience of overseeing the delivery of multi-functional, skill‑specific training programmes in addition to wider learning and development support.
- Additional European languages, French and/or Spanish or German.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Certification or advanced degree in learning and development or related field preferred.
- Experience in sales‑related instructional design, curriculum development and delivery.
- Ability to motivate, coach and manage new talent.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet defined plans.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high‑growth company.
