Job Overview
Responsible for driving full‑cycle inside sales for Matterport’s 3D digital twin platform, targeting businesses in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, and more. The focus is on building pipeline, converting conversations, closing deals, and accelerating customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Run a full‑cycle inside sales process, including prospecting, discovery, demos, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
- Generate own pipeline through outbound calls, emails, sequences and follow‑ups.
- Drive new customer acquisition via inbound follow‑up and outbound prospecting.
- Manage a fast‑paced pipeline, balancing new opportunities daily while keeping deals moving efficiently.
- Conduct high‑quality discovery calls, uncovering pain points and use cases to demonstrate value.
- Deliver polished product demonstrations aligned with customer needs and ROI drivers.
- Follow structured sales frameworks for disciplined, high‑impact conversations.
- Collaborate with Regional Director and Sales Enablement for coaching, skill development, and rapid improvement.
- Maintain CRM accuracy—update activities, opportunities, next steps and forecasting data.
- Partner with Product, Marketing and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and accelerate deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high activity and strong conversion rates.
- Represent Matterport professionally and reinforce company values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable B2B inside sales experience, ideally SaaS or high‑velocity sales.
- Track record of high outbound activity, pipeline generation and quota attainment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—confident on phone, Teams/Zoom, and demos.
- Experience managing short sales cycles, balancing multiple deals and driving urgency.
- Highly coachable with a strong desire to improve and master modern sales skills.
- Strong organizational discipline—accurate forecasting, CRM management and time prioritization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Commitment to prior employers and high integrity.
- Some travel to deepen customer relationships.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to AEC, Facilities Management, CRE, Industrial/Manufacturing, Insurance/Restoration, Retail, or related industries.
- English plus an additional language (Italian or Spanish) desirable.
- Proven ability to build pipeline independently through outbound efforts.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Gong, Clari or similar sales tools.
- Strong storytelling and value articulation skills.
- High energy positive presence contributing to a competitive, supportive team environment.
- Passion for learning and mastering new technologies and sales frameworks.
