As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining STR’s position as a market leader in hotel benchmarking by driving growth and sustaining relationships with hotel participants and industry clients in your region. You will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, nurturing, closing, onboarding, training, and renewal processes. Strong communication skills and regional expertise are essential for providing insights and building relationships with clients, supporting engagement activities, and ensuring data integrity.
- Retain and grow revenues by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Expand STR’s client base by targeting owners, management companies, local associations, and vendors.
- Present and educate clients on STR’s products and services.
- Collaborate on market initiatives for product launches and operational transitions.
- Maintain accurate records in Census and CRM systems.
- Represent STR at client meetings, industry conferences, and events, delivering data insights and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager with success in B2B sales, managing complex clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of hotel and travel sectors preferred.
- Ability to travel within the UK and Baltic states.
- Experience in hospitality industry advantageous.
