The Project Change Lead is responsible for establishing, analysing, and coordinating project trends and change management processes. This role serves as the primary interface with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and develop initial change proposals related to scope, cost, and schedule variations. Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience developing change requests, conducting impact assessments, and preparing cost/schedule estimates.
- Strong background in analysing project performance data and identifying trends.
- Experience interfacing with diverse stakeholders and facilitating requirements gathering.
- Advanced ability to analyse complex project data, identify patterns, and develop accurate forecasts and estimates.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation methodologies, scheduling techniques, and project baseline management.
