Job Description
Permit Manager / Permit Coordinator. This role will support the Programme teams to achieve their permit requirements across the H7 Framework. Working within the Operations Team to coordinate and submit the permits for all operational activities on site, safeguarding the SHE and Quality requirements of both Costain and the stakeholders.
You will report to the Framework Operations lead and be part of a team delivering the Logistics and Permit needs of Costain at Heathrow. Working on the CMO system you will be responsible for all activities in relation to permit submission for specific tranches of works β Tunnels, ARP, Rail and Baggage. You will liaise with the Project Managers, Sub Contractors, Site teams and key stakeholders to ensure documentation has been provided to enable permit submission and approval. You will attend permit clinics and asset surgeries engaging with the asset leads, specialist team managers and safety and compliance managers to support permit approval. This role is critical to the delivery of the Programme from surveys to physical installation.

- Provide RAMs support to ensure compliance for permit submission
- Attend permit clinics with Heathrow Safety and Compliance Managers
- Attend ATP Co Existence Meetings with Baggage Teams
- Manage CMO permit submissions
- Provide Support and Guidance to subcontractors on permit requirements
- Attend Site Meetings to understand and advise on project permit needs
- Represent Team at LAS review meeting
- Manage Costain in house permit requirements
