We have been appointed by Northumbrian Water to the Living Water Enterprise to help shape and deliver its strategic infrastructure upgrade programme with contracts valued up to c.670m to Costain over 15 years.The Commercial function is accountable for the effective control of commercial risks, liabilities, exposures, and opportunities within all our trading relationships.The role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor is to manage all assigned commercial activities within the project environment. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved with all aspects of the CSO programme lifecycle, seeking to minimise the costs and enhance value for money whilst achieving the required standards and quality in accordance with contract and Customer's and/or Contract Leader expectations.This role will ideally be in the office/site 5 days a week, min 4 days (but this can be discussed).
