The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.
This role provides 1st line risk management support to Costain contracted client projects. The role holder will play an important role in supporting Contract/Project teams in facilitating key stages of the risk management process including the co-ordination of the identification stage, configuring and updating risk data in the recognised risk register, generating risk reports for key contract/project stakeholders in line with Costain's risk management standards and client contractual requirements.
Supports all aspects of the risk management process to the compliance of the risk management plan. Facilitate monthly risk reviews and supports to risk owners to ensure quality of risk data is upheld. Publish monthly risk registers and supports risk management reporting. Supports the project team in upholding and meeting associated risk standards within the contract.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Ability to apply and operate core requirements of a standard project risk process.
- Experience of facilitating and supporting project teams to identify, define, evaluate, respond to and report on risks to project objectives.
- Awareness and experience of using qualitative risk assessment criteria and supporting (with risk owners) the identification of controls and risk responses.
- Awareness and experience of supporting bid risk management activities, for example identifying risks with members of the project bid team.
- Awareness and/or experience of developing basic quantitative risk assessments.

- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, project management or relevant technical subject (engineering, science, maths, accounting, or economics)
