The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water’s region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure. The role will be hybrid, 3 days per week in the Peterborough office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HSW team, including meeting coordination and minute-taking.
- Maintain accurate records of HSW documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility across the team.
- Support onboarding of new starters within the HSW function, ensuring smooth integration and timely access to resources.
- Monitor and follow up on key actions from meetings, audits, and project reviews to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external queries, helping to triage requests and maintain effective communication flow.
- Assist with the coordination and reporting of HSW projects and initiatives, including data collation and scheduling.
- Support the upkeep of HSW systems, trackers, and templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Experience in a health and safety support/coordinator role.
- Working knowledge of Construction/Infrastructure industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt to dynamic operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to support a busy and dynamic team, and a self-starter.
- Attention to detail.
- Document production (using Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.), including formatting.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification or working towards.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
