The predicted salary is between 18000 - 25000 € per year.
When taking on one of the many apprenticeships on offer by Costain, you will be supported by your project line manager and team, the Costain Early Careers Team, and the training provider of your academic qualification. The training provider may be a college, a university or even an independent training provider.
You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship by your local team and line manager, and you will be given time to carry out your studies with the provider. Your on-the-job training will be in line with the work available on site but will afford the opportunity to ensure that you are given on site experience required to meet the technical and competency levels to achieve your apprenticeship goals.
These roles will be across Costain projects in the north of the UK, mainly located around:
- Thames Valley / Home Counties
- West Sussex
- Oxfordshire
- Bristol

Responsibilities for an Apprentice Project Controls:- Providing support in planning and scheduling of project activities
- Cost management support for projects
- Cost estimating support to project managers and engineers
- Collating, analysing and presenting project data in reports
- Provide support to document control and project governance
- Developing skills in new software including Primavera (P6)
- Working towards your formal qualification
- Keeping a work diary outlining your training progress throughout your apprenticeship
- Flexibility to travel to sites across the UK - driving licence preferred or willing to use public transport for travel
- Works well within a team, but equally on your own

- Functional Skills Level 2 will also be considered as equivalent to GCSE Grade 4/C
- Minimum of 96 UCAS Points, at A Level / T-Level, all subjects considered
