Responsibilities
- Liaising with the site lead to ensure lifting operations are adequately planned accounting for all environmental factors
- Liaising with the supply chain to ensure all lifting operations are adequately planned and the required supervision is in place
- Liaising with teams to advise and contribute to lifting solutions
- Experience in planning and implementation of Lifting Operations

Essentials
- CPCS Appointed Persons: Lifting Operations A61 or NPORS Appointed Person (N401)
- Valid CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test for Managers and Professionals
- Strong understanding of British Standard BS 7121 and the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations
- A minimum of 10 Years experience in multiple different types of crane operations, slinging and lifting supervision
- Hold a Level 5 NVQ/VQ in Lifting Operations (Appointed Person)
Desirables
- Competent in the use of lift planning software e.g. AutoCAD, LICCON
- Previous experience working in lifting assurance / lifting management role
- Previous experience working within the nuclear sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
