About the People Experience Team
The People Experience team shapes the way we listen, engage, and communicate with our people across all contracts and office locations.
About the Role
The main purpose of the role will be to oversee the successful execution of our People Experience and Wellbeing offerings, in line with our People Experience & Reward Strategy.
This Will Include:
- Delivering on the short, medium, and long-term company objectives for creating a thriving workforce, where holistic wellbeing outcomes are prioritised for all our colleagues.
- Supporting the delivery of people experience and wellbeing programmes and associated policies and processes, with a focus on adding value by linking in with our benefit propositions and maximising collaboration with our many networks, both internal and external.
- Providing education and communication about people experience and wellbeing to our colleagues at all levels in the organisation, leading to reduced sickness absence, greater productivity, and increased engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the people experience and wellbeing programmes curated by the Director of People Experience & Reward and the Employee Experience Lead.
- Collaborate with current networks, including Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders, as well as wider teams (e.g. People, SHE) to share information and gather data, including our benefit providers, customers and external bodies.
- Act as a point of contact and escalation for wellbeing related issues from the business.
- Collaborate with key interested parties within the business and work with external providers to deliver engaging and impactful experience and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support with the delivery of effective communication and education of all people experience and wellbeing matters and related activities including the development of multi‐media content.
- Vendor management, governance and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to corral a wide network of champions to aid the delivery of wellbeing programmes across the whole business.
- Passion for delivering engagement through effective education and communication.
- Demonstration of collaboration and curiosity to drive successful outcomes.
- Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Corporate Wellbeing and whole person wellbeing.
- Knowledge of People Experience in the workplace.
- Experience of Financial Wellbeing programmes.
- Vendor management.
