Lead the Cost Management function / team within the CDF programme of works. Develop and implement cost‑management plans, strategies, tools and systems for the CDF programme. Work closely with project managers to integrate cost management into the overall project plan, provide training and support to the project team on cost‑management procedures, facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding project costs and mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with cost‑management standards and regulations.

Education and Qualification
- NOTC1‑4 & 7.
- 6 months relevant experience desirable.
- 5 years’ experience in the development and implementation of cost‑management processes and procedures.
- Understanding of systems and platforms such as Building Information Management (BIM) to support programme cost modelling and analysis.
Preferred
- HNC or degree / Honours degree in a relevant subject.
- Membership of the MACostE.
- SC Clearance.
