The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 ÂŁ per year.
To manage the recruitment, on/off boarding, and mobilisation of resources within the project. The post will also be responsible for administrating the TQ process and act as the conduit between SPoC in the MoD, DRDL and RRDL teams. It will help in the implementation and use of various project processes on the project, as required. Results are primarily achieved through following process and adhering to the gate process when bringing people onto the project. Formal processes and tools are used to manage resources, capture budgets, and changes.

- Oversee resource lifecycle
- Coordinate interfaces between teams and external DP’s
- Ensure relevant stakeholders are aware of resources
- Maintain and act on a live register of Technical Queries and Request for Information
- Ensure assumptions / change process’ are adhered to

- Assist hiring managers through the recruitment process
- Manage the closure of action tracker items

- Ensure Vault (CDE) is being utilised to the best of its abilities and the teams are following workflows and engaging appropriately with Document Control
