As Property Manager – Europe, you’ll provide design expertise and cost saving measures with local teams and franchise partners to ensure all new and refurbed stores are designed and delivered to Costa brand standards.
What you’ll do
- Providing Costa Design and Construction representation across all markets in the region.
- Design creation and approval, ensuring they are aligned with brand standards.
- Carry out ‘Costa Property checks’ to ensure design and build quality.
- Feedback market specific information that impacts store design.
- Conduct regional training and provide regular updates to the franchisee’s property team on store design and property systems.
Who you are
- Experience and understanding of working with franchisees and building strong relationships.
- Ability to influence and manage 3rd party property/design experts across the franchise partners business.
- Technical software knowledge skills to generate drawings and presentations for partner support.
- Architecture and project management experience.
Location – This role requires extensive travel across Europe.
