This directorate oversees Payroll, People Systems, People Operations and Employee Relations to deliver a seamless, scalable people experience that supports ambitious growth.

You will drive long-term strategy, partner with senior stakeholders, and harness data and AI to optimise processes, governance and service levels across markets.
