Costa Coffee is looking for a Barista Maestro/Team Leader to guide a busy shift in the UK. At £13.75 per hour for 30 hours per week, you will energise and support the team, train new Baristas and ensure coffee excellence.
You’ll lead with energy, maintain standards, and adapt to busy periods, while enjoying flexible shifts and the opportunity to contribute to Costa Foundations' community efforts.
