What you'll do
Being a People Advisor is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:
- Partnering with leaders across our UK&I business to provide expert people advice, coaching and support that drives business performance and improves team member experience.
- Building trusted stakeholder relationships and using data-led insights to shape people plans, identify risks and deliver practical solutions.
- Supporting managers with performance, development and employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent decision making at all times.
- Leading and supporting organisational change, people projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Senior People Partner.
- Championing an inclusive, high-performing culture by supporting engagement, talent development and continuous improvement across the business.
Who you are
It's your unique blend we're interested in:
- Previous experience in a People Advisor, HR Advisor, People Partner or similar HR role within a fast-paced Retail or Hospitality business.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing employee relations matters.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled at coaching and constructively challenging managers, with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion.

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most - whether that's a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas. We're excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 - an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
