At Costa Coffee, we are reimagining coffee experiences in over 50 countries and counting, as a key part of the Coca-Cola System. The Global Coffee Supply Manager is responsible for end-to-end global planning and coordination of coffee supply. This includes:

  • Monthly consolidation of global net coffee demand across an 18M+ S&OP horizon.
  • Translation of finished goods into green bean demand.
  • Bridging executional supply chain and procurement activities to deliver true E2E coffee management.
  • Managing inbound raw material supply and storage through to delivery at roasteries and finished goods supply to markets.
  • Balancing availability, cost & cash to ensure Costa’s coffee supply is constantly optimised.
  • Coverage reporting, supplier performance management, and resilience planning.
  • Driving continuous improvement and supporting S&OP processes and system rollouts.

As a Global Coffee Supply Manager, you will:

  • Own global coffee net demand, stock policies, and supplier performance to ensure availability, resilience, and cost control.
  • Lead global planning and coordination of green coffee supply, from inbound raw materials through to delivery at our roasteries.
  • Provide central oversight of finished coffee demand and inventory across all channels, markets, and partners.
  • Drive S&OP execution, continuous improvement, and the development of planning systems and processes.
  • Support new product launches, supplier transitions, and risk mitigation across the global coffee supply chain.

We are interested in your unique ingredients:

  • An experienced supply chain professional with strong global supply planning, inventory management, and supplier management expertise, ideally in FMCG or retail.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders across planning, procurement, finance, and operations, building effective relationships at all levels.
  • Highly analytical and numerate, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage complex data, forecasts, and stock positions.
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure, with a hands-on approach to problem solving, change, and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced in S&OP, global supplier environments, and planning systems/tools, with a track record of driving standardisation and process improvement.
