What you’ll do:
- Champion brand consistency, ensuring our much‑loved Costa Coffee identity shows up beautifully and consistently across every platform, channel, and market.
- Drive our global brand plan, playing a key role in delivering a brand strategy that fuels regional growth and unlocks category opportunities worldwide.
- Lead creative production, partnering with our creative agency to bring products and lifestyle moments to life through standout photoshoots.
- Collaborate with our global network to embed Costa Coffee’s core assets and elevate how the brand shows up in every market.
- Own delivery excellence, managing budgets, timelines, and processes to ensure every project lands smoothly, successfully, and with impact.
Who you are:
- Marketing & brand design experience with a proven background in Marketing and Brand Design, ideally within Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality.
- Creative development mastery, with an exceptional flair for developing, challenging, and elevating creative ideas with clear, confident briefing skills.
- Agency partnership leadership, experienced in owning and managing relationships with creative, design, brand, and media agencies.
- Brand‑building expertise, with a strong understanding of brand foundations and through‑the‑line marketing, with the ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in‑person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
