What you’ll do: Being a CRM Campaign Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
- Owning the 12-month plan delivery plan for our customer facing communications across multi-CRM channels including email, web and mobile push messaging.
- Responsible for targeting and test and learn strategy, working closely with the CRM Analyst and the CRM Operation Manager to identify the right consumer segments and to provide recommendations to improve, optimise and drive ROI for the UK loyalty scheme.
- Curious and continually improve communications and create best in class communications using best practice and guiding our in-house creative team to innovate in creative execution.
- Using a global mindset to expand CRM communications into global markets.
- A highly organised individual who can manage multiple stakeholders, be a team player and a strong people leader who creates a high performing team.
