You’ll own and enhance reporting that powers decision‑making, integrating new data from the Costa Data Exchange into a scalable, simplified reporting suite. What you’ll do
- Deliver Power BI reporting. Build and maintain International and EMENA reporting that gives senior stakeholders clear, trusted insights.
- Integrate new data. Work with Data Engineering to bring Costa Data Exchange datasets into scalable reporting models.
- Standardise data models. Create shared semantic models, KPIs and definitions to ensure consistent reporting across markets.
- Enhance existing dashboards. Improve accuracy, usability and performance so markets can access insights quickly and confidently.
- Simplify the reporting estate. Remove duplication, streamline reporting and support best‑practice adoption to reduce technical debt.
Who you are
- Advanced analytical capability. Strong Power BI, Databricks and SQL skills, with a solid grasp of relational and dimensional data modelling.
- Business‑focused problem solving. Able to interpret business needs and translate them into clear, scalable reporting solutions.
- Collaborative stakeholder engagement. Confident working with senior stakeholders (via the Enterprise Reporting Manager) in a structured, professional way.
- End‑to‑end reporting ownership. Proven experience delivering complex reporting or analytics initiatives within an enterprise Data & Analytics environment.
- Balanced, detail‑driven mindset. Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance standardisation with regional reporting needs.

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in‑person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
