What you’ll do

  • Support the Head of Assets & Estates in delivering the overall Portfolio plan for the UK.

  • Manage and develop relationships with external property partners to drive effective estate management.
  • Support the planning and delivery of annual leasehold estate events and associated budgets.
  • Ensure robust governance, legal compliance, and risk management across concession and leasehold estates.
  • Drive continuous improvement with stakeholders both internally and externally.

Who you are

  • RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor (preferred), with experience managing a significant and diverse commercial property portfolio (including Travel locations), gained preferably within a client/in-house environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of lease events, including renewals, breaks, and re-gears.
  • Prior experience of working on competitive tenders in both Rail and Air locations preferred.
  • Commercially aware, forward thinking with a strong interest in the retail property market and its dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence internal and third-party stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment.
