What you’ll do

Being a Key Account Manager – Global Accounts is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

  • Leading strategic partnerships with priority global customers, securing long-term agreements that strengthen Costa's position across key Away From Home channels.
  • Establishing robust governance frameworks, including executive sponsorship programmes, stakeholder engagement plans and clear issue resolution pathways to support successful customer partnerships.
  • Driving regular business reviews with key accounts, leveraging commercial insights and performance data to identify growth opportunities and accelerate joint business plans.
  • Partnering with bottlers, direct markets and cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable commercial frameworks that support Costa's long-term growth ambitions.
  • Championing best-in-class execution across the customer journey, ensuring strong alignment across supply chain, portfolio, pricing and operational delivery to maximise customer value and business performance.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

  • You will have worked in a multinational context in a matrix organisation.
  • A proven track record of growing and managing strategic multinational accounts within Away From Home, Hotels, Workplace (contract caterers), convenience, travel, delivering sustainable revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to leverage consumer, customer and market insights to identify opportunities, shape account strategies and optimise commercial performance.
  • Experience influencing and partnering with global customers and senior stakeholders, building collaborative relationships that drive mutually beneficial business outcomes.
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C environments is advantageous.

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas. We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
