Why Costa:

  • £14.75–£15.75 per hour for hours worked between 11pm – 5am.
  • All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate of £13.75-14.75 (location dependent).
  • 50% discount on all food and drink in Costa-owned stores.

Who you are:

  • A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
  • A strong team player with great communication skills.
  • Energetic, positive and confident leading others.
  • Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
  • Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
  • Confident working in a small team of two on shift.
  • 18 years or over due to the element of night working.
