Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and securing new travel retail opportunities globally, with a particular focus on North America and Asia (excluding China)
- Support Global and Regional teams in maintaining and strengthening relationships with key global partners
- Support global tender processes for new Travel Retail opportunities, providing clear commercial forecasts that optimise Costa's footprint in key travel environments
- Support delivery of the in-year global P&L for the Travel Retail channel
- Contribute to achieving annual and long-range targets for store openings, retention, sales, and operating income
- Support negotiations and finalisation of partner agreements, including internal alignment on commercial terms and interpretation of legal agreements with Legal
Who you are
- Experience of strategic planning, financial management, and operational best practices
- Deep Travel Retail knowledge across airports, rail and other transit environments
- Experience of multi-platform B2B models
- End to end tendering: RFP/RFI interpretation, space modelling, passenger and dwell time analytics, competitor mapping, concept narrative, financial modelling, bid writing and pitch leadership

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most - whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas. We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 - an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life, however this role will also involve extensive travel, on average 1 week every 6/8 weeks.
