What you’ll do:
- Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
- Training and accrediting new Baristas
- Stirring up success for yourself and your team
- Crafting new recipes to energise your team
- Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
- Working with Store Manager in all KPIs to achieve company’s goal
