As a D365 Technical Manager, you will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, Microsoft and our outsourced managed service partner to ensure that the system aligns with business requirements and supports the company’s growth objectives.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and the outsourced managed service provider to ensure the D365 system meets current and future business requirements
- Manage and oversee the activities of the outsourced managed service for D365 for F&O (Finance & Operations), SCM (Supply Chain Management) and/or CE (Customer Engagement), setting the standards, principles, ways of working and guardrails for third party support, maintenance and development activities
- Provide support, guidance and expertise to the managed service provider and directly provide second and third line support on an exceptional basis
- Ensure incidents, problems, and alerts are managed and acted upon within OLA and SLA’s, managing major incident escalations from a technical perspective and managing activities with third parties, ensuring continuity of services
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Delivery Managers and third party developers on the development of new features and their rollout to production

- Responsibility for D365 configuration changes into production and overseeing development work as part of an Agile development model
