The D365 Support Manager will assist in the day-to-day support and maintenance of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and our managed service partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support incident, problem, and event management for D365, escalating complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers.
  • Provide first-line support for D365 users, resolving routine queries and requests, taking end to end ownership.
  • Lead monitoring and maintaining activity for D365 environments, including standard troubleshooting, maintenance and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Environment Manager to ensure all releases are fully scoped, tested and risks understood before deploying to production.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and third-party developers to support new feature rollouts and system updates.

Who you are / Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management - Procurement and Sources, Sales and Marketing, Production control, Master Planning, Product Information Management, System Administration, etc.
  • Integrations developed on Azure services.
  • Power Platform, Microsoft Azure Services (logic apps, event grid etc.).
  • Sound understanding of ITIL support concepts.
