Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay £12.93 – £13.93 per hour, rising with training to £13.43-£14.43 (dependant store location)

What you’ll do

  • Training and accrediting new Baristas
  • Stirring up success for yourself and your team
  • Crafting new recipes to energise your team
  • Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
