We are seeking an HR Generalist (with OD Specialism) to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of ER casework at high complexity and risk levels.
  • Support organisational design and organisational change activity.
  • Deliver restructures, role changes, redundancies and contractual changes.
  • Partner with leaders across all levels of the organisation, providing advice and coaching.
  • Experience in organisational design or organisational change.
  • Strong ER case management experience (complex, high-risk cases).
  • Understanding of UK employment law and ability to apply legislative updates.
  • Ability to coach, influence and challenge stakeholders across seniority levels.
