Sitting within Organisational Development, this role supports People initiatives that modernise how colleagues across Carnival UK work, learn and grow. You will work across concurrent change programmes, partnering with programme teams, People colleagues and senior stakeholders to support effective planning, implementation and adoption. This pivotal role will involve:
- Supporting the delivery of People change initiatives through disciplined execution of agreed plans, timelines and governance.
- Conducting discovery and impact assessment activity, including data gathering and analysis of risks, impacts and dependencies.
- Designing change implementation plans, communications, engagement materials and adoption activities.
- Producing change reporting, metrics and feedback to track progress and support assessment of benefits realisation.
This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
- Practical experience supporting organisational or people-related change initiatives within a complex environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess impacts, dependencies and risks using information from multiple sources.
- Experience producing change plans, communications, engagement materials, reports and project documentation.
- The ability to manage a varied workload and support multiple complex projects simultaneously.
