Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee key Enterprise Transformation projects across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing, including initiatives like ERP replacement, new Supply & Demand Planning system implementation, Sustainability and food safety transformation
  • Support the Annual Business Plan (ABP) process with end-to-end supply chain stakeholders for Enterprise Transformation related programs in TISC&P, whilst challenging assumptions to ensure robust financial planning
  • Enhance cross-functional communication and integration, acting as a vital link between TISC & Procurement and wider business functions including Marketing, Finance, and Technology
  • Strengthen governance and strategic alignment, ensuring effective decision-making, KPI reporting, and integration of long-range plans into annual priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex transformation programmes—ideally supply chain and/or technology-focused—within Retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, or Consulting environments
  • Deep understanding of best-in-class supply chain practices across end-to-end processes (forecast-to-fulfil, make-to-deliver, source-to-pay)
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, deliver technology-enabled change, and interpret supply chain performance data
  • Proven expertise in process design and ERP/supply chain software systems
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity
