- Meeting all customer needs and driving a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS, as well as working in the local community to identify and welcome new customers
- Creating the perfect setting that customers want to come back to again and again
- Taking ownership with brilliant management of sales, profit, our teams, and recognition
