At Costa Coffee, we are reimagining coffee experiences in over 50 countries. Growing the Away from Home (AfH) channel is a strategic priority for Costa Coffee. We are looking for a confident Manager to lead the commercialisation and rollout of our AfH product, peripherals, and innovation portfolio across EMENA—ensuring scalable, partner-led solutions that delight customers and consumers.
You will support the development of new products and changes to the existing portfolio end to end, together with the Costa Coffee internal teams and our Distribution Partners, in 25 countries across EMEA.

As a Commercialisation Manager AfH - EMENA, you’ll:
- Manage and oversee the development and maintenance of the AfH product/peripherals portfolio in EMENA.
- Lead a multidisciplinary matrix team in the delivery of new product launches for the region.
- Manage the regional end-to-end delivery and commercialisation of new product launches/extensions across the EMENA region.
- Connect Global Strategy with EMENA AfH Bottlers.
- Ensure volume forecasts for all new product launches and extensions and align with the commercial lead and finance team.
- Ensure packaging is designed in line with brand guidelines and is locally compliant.
- Manage Master data/SKU set up for Costa & Partner.
- Maintain product technical and regulatory compliance across EMENA.
