The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for owning and managing one or more of our Key Enterprise Technology Platforms. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, planning ability and strong leadership skills to ensure the successful development, implementation, and optimization of Enterprise technology solutions that align with Costa Coffee's business objectives.

What you’ll do:
Being a Lead Technical Product Owner is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:
- Take full ownership of Costa’s key Enterprise platform, Dynamics 365, driving the vision and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance and People as well as Technology, to gather requirements, prioritise features, and deliver high-quality technology solutions
- Develop, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business as usual and change with technical debt remediation and ensuring that it is aligned with the overall product strategy and objectives
- Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions
- Utilise technical knowledge to guide development teams, provide clear specifications, and ensure the feasibility and scalability of solutions
Who you are:
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- Ability to facilitate team events and unite a delivery team towards a vision and defined goals
- Ability to author and maintain an emergent backlog with the right level of detail in collaboration with the delivery team and various stakeholders
- Experience as a product owner, or technical analyst – experience defining requirements, documenting systems, integration flows, and data
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 – Finance and Supply Chain Management and Customer Engagement
- Experience working with web services / systems integrations
Location – Sofia – Hybrid. The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required on up to a quarterly basis.
