What you’ll do:

  • Ensure all environments are built, configured, managed and maintained and that appropriate release & deployment controls are in place at all times.
  • Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and the outsourced managed service provider to ensure the D365 system meets current and future business requirements.
  • Be responsible for the scheduling, provisioning and co-ordination of D365 environments.
  • Ensure all changes are in line with Costa internal change process.
  • Be accountable for D365 environment sizing and on-going capacity management.
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security, risk, SOX, and audit requirements.
  • Bring your sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services, integrations and other technologies in the corporate landscape.

Who you are:

  • Understanding of Environment and Release management techniques, tools and methodologies in a multi-vendor environment.
  • A strong understanding of all stages of a project lifecycle and the demands that those have on environments.
  • A solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics landscape.
  • Ability to understand the technology landscape, infrastructure, networking and integrations between multiple systems.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business and Technology.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and investigation skills.
