We have an exciting opportunity to join our team where you will work in our current store whilst we build an all new Longwell Green Store opening soon.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting all customer needs and driving a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS, as well as working in the local community to identify and welcome new customers
  • Creating the perfect setting that customers want to come back to again and again
  • Taking ownership with brilliant management of sales, profit, our teams, and recognition
  • Training and developing your team to become the best they can be
