Starting pay £13.93 – 14.93 per hour, rising with training to £14.43-15.43 for hours worked between 11pm – 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate of £12.93-13.93, rising to £13.43-14.43 (dependent store location).

  • Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
  • Training and accrediting new Baristas
  • Stirring up success for yourself and your team
  • Crafting new recipes to energise your team
  • Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
  • Leading a small night team of yourself and one other
