A bit about the role:

  • Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is efficient and effective.
  • Getting involved in operations, store culture, customer relationships, and coffee quality.
  • Leading the team to deliver an unbeatable coffee experience for every customer.
  • Overseeing all aspects of operations, including cash and stock management, Costa standards, policies & procedures, and in-store marketing.
  • Monitoring the store KPI report and translating it into daily and weekly actions.
  • Managing, growing, coaching, supporting, and delegating to the team to ensure readiness for trading.
