Costa Coffee in Oldham is hiring a Night Team Leader to manage the shift at Olive Claydon Way. This role supports a small team, trains new Baristas, motivates the team and maintains service and coffee excellence during night hours.
The position is 32 hours per week on a fixed-term contract. Night shifts run from 11pm to 5am with pay rates £14.75–£15.75 per hour for night hours and £13.75–£14.75 for other hours, location-dependent.
