What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development of bold global brand campaigns that drive growth across priority markets, creating culturally relevant ideas that strengthen the Costa Coffee brand worldwide.
  • Shape insight-led campaign strategies and toolkits that balance global consistency with local flexibility, enabling markets to deliver impactful consumer experiences across channels.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign process; from strategic briefing and creative development through to production, launch, and post-campaign evaluation – partnering with leading creative, media, and insight agencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Marketing, Innovation, Insight, Finance, and agency partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns on time, on budget, and with measurable commercial impact.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying emerging trends, sharing global best practice, and embedding performance learnings to elevate campaign effectiveness and execution year after year.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience leading high-impact global marketing campaigns, from strategy and briefing through to execution and evaluation across digital, social, and retail channels.
  • Strong brand and consumer marketing expertise, with the ability to create globally scalable campaigns that balance brand consistency with local relevance.
  • Commercially minded and insight-led, with a track record of using data, consumer insight, and performance metrics to drive growth and campaign effectiveness.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and agency partners, with excellent creative judgement, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and fast-moving projects.
