Costa Coffee in Aylesford is seeking a Team Leader to join our store team on a 35-hour-per-week, permanent basis. In this role you’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit you.
You’ll lead smooth shifts, train new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence. We offer £13.75–£14.75 per hour, free parking and a range of benefits including a pension match and staff discounts.
