At Costa Coffee, we’re on a mission to reimagine coffee experiences across the globe. From bustling cities to local communities, we’re creating meaningful coffee moments, powered by innovation and driven by purpose. As a proud part of the Coca‑Cola system, we operate in over 50 countries. Whether it’s served in‑store, from a machine, at home, or on the go, every cup is thoughtfully crafted by our passionate teams who put heart into every moment.

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Supply Planner to join our diverse EMENA team. In this role, you’ll lead end‑to‑end planning processes—translating demand forecasts into effective supply and logistics strategies that balance inventory, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of the supply plan’s execution and performance, manage potential risks, support new product launches, and continuously improve planning cycles. Success in this role relies on strong collaboration across suppliers, procurement, and cross‑functional partners.

We value curiosity, inclusivity, and a problem‑solving mindset. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment and are excited to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end‑to‑end supply planning for consumables and food across EMENA, owning supply plan performance including availability, inventory, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance, including day‑to‑day issue resolution, PO execution, and integrating capacity constraints, lead times, and MOQs into planning.
  • Drive monthly and annual planning cycles (including S&OP), ensuring continuity of supply, managing delists, and building long‑term supply resilience strategies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional and global teams (Procurement, Demand, Deliver, Technical, Logistics) to ensure service level targets and working capital efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate planning reporting and processes, supporting S&OP tool implementation, and ensuring alignment with global planning standards and systems.

Who you are:

  • Experience in Supply Chain or Operations, in supply planning roles, with a strong track record of delivering supply plan performance. Specific experience of finished goods and raw materials would be an advantage.
  • Brings strong analytical and numerical skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency and the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, able to prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
  • Has a hands‑on, practical approach and is self‑motivated, with experience in multi‑channel or international supply chains (preferred but not essential).

Benefits:

  • Share ownership in Coca‑Cola with our Share Investment Plan (SIP).
  • An annual discretionary bonus scheme, based on business results and individual contribution.
  • A smart pension that saves you money on tax and national insurance, and matches your contributions up to 10%.
  • The Costa Financial Support Fund, supporting team members who find themselves in unexpected financial pressure.
  • 50% discount in all Costa‑owned stores, and 25% off in other participating stores.
  • Private medical cover thanks to our Private Healthcare scheme.

We believe in living life with heart – and that starts with our people. By showing up as our authentic selves, we create a culture where everyone belongs. We celebrate diversity in all its forms and are committed to building an equitable and inclusive environment—one that embraces the unique blend of experiences, identities, and perspectives each person brings. This rich diversity strengthens our teams and reflects the spirit of our global brand.

Grounded in our core values—Disciplined to Deliver, Passion for Progress, Win with Warmth, Courage to Challenge, and Trusted Team Players—we strive to make a meaningful impact in everything we do. From empowering communities through the Costa Foundation to supporting local initiatives, we’re committed to changing lives in coffee‑growing regions and right here at home.
