As our Global Talent Marketing Manager, you will shape how the world sees Costa Coffee as an employer of choice. You will lead the strategy that attracts, engages, and inspires exceptional talent through compelling, authentic storytelling and world‐class brand experiences.

What you will do:

  • Defining and delivering Costa's global employer brand strategy, ensuring it is bold, authentic, and aligned with our culture and business priorities.
  • Leading creative, data‐led talent marketing campaigns across multiple markets to strengthen awareness, engagement, and candidate experience.
  • Partnering closely with our internal stakeholders to bring our Employee Value Proposition to life through storytelling and digital innovation.
  • Owning Costa's digital recruitment ecosystem — from our careers site to LinkedIn and Glassdoor — ensuring a seamless and on‐brand candidate journey.
  • Managing agency partnerships and budgets to deliver measurable ROI and continuous improvement in global employer brand performance.

  • A strategic thinker who can connect creative storytelling with data‐driven insights to influence global audiences.

  • A hands‐on marketer who thrives on creativity, curiosity, and collaboration — from campaign concept to content creation.
