We’re on an exciting journey to accelerate our growth even further and we’re looking for a Global Consumer Data Analyst who is passionate about customer and loyalty analytics and knows what it takes to support our industry leading loyalty team.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting Loyalty and Marketing teams, using BI and loyalty data to give core insights and reporting into consumers behaviour. This includes monitoring our daily loyalty KPIs, supporting on weekly and monthly reporting, and importantly highlighting key insights/trends to our loyalty team.

What you’ll do

Being a Global Consumer Data Analyst is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:

  • Support the Global Digital Team to report on weekly and monthly metrics against plans.
  • Own the development of PowerBI reporting to create self-serve analytics and reporting for wider team.
  • Positively impact the bottom line by providing data analytics, developing actionable insights and delivering exceptional business value.
  • Use member metrics to holistically measure and understand changes in loyalty performance.
  • Own regular loyalty and consumer reporting and take responsibility for communicating insights to the CRM team and wider Global Digital function.
  • Deliver regular reporting and make recommendations for improving performance and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Enable easy access to insights, allowing the CRM and wider Digital team to translate them into commercial actions.
  • Support stakeholders across the wider team by answering analytics requests and drawing actionable insights.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

  • Proven experience working in a marketing/ consumer/ loyalty analytics role
  • Have conducted analysis regarding consumer behaviour, identifying key metrics and insights within consumer loyalty data
  • Experience in associated programming languages (Databricks/SQL) and comfortable building and maintaining PowerBI
  • Intermediate technical proficiency of Power BI for BI/Reporting purposes to uncover key loyalty/consumer insights.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator, with a desire to provide and deliver meaningful insight to support strategic business decisions.
  • Comfortable crafting Executive level outputs and highlighting key trends in our trading and consumer loyalty data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Location: Hybrid contract. Must have the ability to work from our Central London location a minimum of 2 days per week.
