As a Finance Manager II, you’ll play a key role within our UK&I Operations Finance team, partnering with our Equity store network to drive performance, profitability, and growth across c.1,500 stores.

What you’ll do
Being a Finance Manager II is about much more than reporting numbers. You’ll be a trusted finance business partner, driving insight, challenge, and commercial performance across our Equity operations. This includes:
- Develop strong relationships with key Operational Directors/stakeholders to facilitate driving the business forward and delivering key operational performance targets such as PACE and F4G Savings.
- Accurate month end numbers with limited store queries.
- Budgets are delivered to agreed timelines, and store performance metrics are robust.
- Strong understanding of all key accounting processes.
- Support the delivery of meaningful and actionable financial insight with commentary that communicates the trends and challenges facing the UK business to drive performance forward.
- Leading and developing Finance Analysts, raising the quality of insight and capability across the team.
Who you are
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with strong commercial finance experience. Confident working in a large, fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. A clear communicator, able to translate complex financial insights into simple, actionable messages. Naturally curious, resilient, and detail‑focused, with strong planning and forecasting capability.
Where you’ll work
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly — blending home working with in‑person collaboration whenever it matters most. From January 2027, we’ll be working three days a week from our brand‑new Support Centre in St Albans.
