As a Field Service Engineer at Costa Coffee you will participate in a City & Guilds Assured training programme that includes hands‑on learning with our IT platforms and in‑depth training at our Loudwater Academy. You will learn to service and maintain our fleet, fault‑find with technical knowledge, and receive support from our field champions.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours a week, 1/4 weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults and repair or replace equipment to ensure customers can enjoy their coffee.
- Communicate issues, problems and solutions through escalation points.
- Provide first‑class customer service to partners.
- Maintain and service the fleet, using technical knowledge.
- Keep equipment operating effectively and embed learning into the patch.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role.
- A strong focus on efficiency and keeping equipment running smoothly.
- Excellent people skills, able to stay calm under pressure.
