As a Marketing Category Manager you will drive customer preference and growth for Costa by leading beverage innovation strategy across platforms, delivering a robust global pipeline, and executing market-ready initiatives.

What you’ll do
Being a Marketing Category Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:
- Define and lead Costa’s beverage innovation strategy across Served, PTS, and Express platforms to drive customer preference and growth.
- Develop and manage a global 18-month beverage calendar and a 3-year made to order beverage innovation pipeline.
- Deliver commercially successful, customer-led innovations through effective cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Build compelling category initiatives and guardrails that support market adoption, brand differentiation, and global scalability.
- Collaborate on future range architecture and ensure front-line teams are equipped to serve and communicate innovation effectively..
Who you are

- Proven experience within blue-chip consumer category marketing experience, with a strong track record in delivering impactful global innovation and commercial results.
- Combines a classically trained marketing foundation with strategic creativity, data-led thinking, and a pragmatic, results-driven approach.
- Highly skilled in leading end-to-end stage gate innovation processes, from idea to market, with deep attention to detail and executional excellence.
- Proven ability to influence change and drive new ways of working, underpinned by an ownership mindset and hands-on leadership style.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, with the credibility and confidence to align cross-functional teams and inspire action across global markets

Location – Hybrid based from Central London a minimum of 2 days per week and the expectation to travel to our development centre in Loudwater on a regular basis.
