Overview
Brand Excellence Coach Lancaster/Carlisle – 6 Month Fixed Term. The purpose of the role is to ensure Costa brand standards are implemented and maintained across all served and self-served platforms and to identify potential performance and implementation gaps across those platforms to enable the relevant training and coaching solutions to be implemented effectively.

Today you will ensure brand standards are implemented and maintained across all served and self-served platforms and identify potential performance and implementation gaps to enable effective training and coaching solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, ensure and enhance the delivery of Brand standards across all ownership models and self-served platforms.
- Provide hands-on operational guidance, insights, and coaching at store level in aspects of brand excellence and customer guidance to equity/partners on operational excellence.
- Deliver training to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction within store site level training for all Express swaps and installations, and ensure health and safety activity is understood at site.
- Support and guide the lowest performing stores/machines through a hands-on approach and demonstrate optimal operation.
What we’re looking for
- A passion for Brand Excellence and Costa Standards.
- Costa Operational Experience.
- Demonstrated effective coaching skills and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Food Safety Level 2 (can be completed as part of induction).
- PC literacy with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full UK driving licence for 12 months with a professional attitude due to significant travel.
- Ability to work unsupervised with good organisational and administrative skills.
- Not afraid to challenge or be challenged in the role.
