As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing faults to repair or replace equipment
- Communicating issues, problems, and solutions
- Providing first-class customer service
We are looking for someone who is:
- An agile worker with experience in electrical or mechanical engineering
- An efficiency expert ready to keep our equipment operating effectively
- A people person who can stay calm under pressure
Our training programme includes hands-on learning, in-depth training at our Loudwater Academy, and support from champions in the field. It meets global quality standards set by City & Guilds.
Working pattern: 37.5 hours a week, including 1 in 4 weekends.
